KEF has been carrying on a project for supplying children’s footwear since 2010 in cooperation with SHF.

In December 2019 SHF, through KEF, contributed 14 000 pairs of winter shoes to orphans' schools in different provinces and a dozen schools in the typhoon-affected provinces of South Hwanghae and South Hamgyong. And it donated 600 pairs of sports shoes such as football boots to sports teams of orphans' primary and secondary schools, thus contributing to their sports activities.

KEF is making preparations for another similar project in 2020.
