One day in February Juche 73 (1984), a girl teacher of a branch school on an island went out to the seaside.
When she noticed the sea route frozen with the severe cold, she became terribly anxious.
She had been staying on the land for a teacher’s training course during the winter vacation and was about to go back to her school.
But the sea route was blocked as the sea was frozen in the sudden biting cold weather.
The teacher felt helpless unable to go to see her pupils who were expecting her every minute.
At the moment an official told her–to her surprise—to get ready to leave as there was an airplane coming to pick her up.
The teacher was amazed at the unexpected notice. Learning the story in a while, she felt tearfully thankful.
Earlier that day, Chairman
A helicopter took off with the teacher aboard under the warm care of the Chairman who bestowed a great favor on the rising generation and their education.
Thanks to his warm and ardent love, the bell of the branch school on the lighthouse island rang, signaling the beginning of a new term at the same time on the same day as all other schools across the country opened for a new term.
