SPF is an NGO organized for the purpose of conducting humanitarian activities for the good of children around the world.

Since 2011 SPF, in cooperation with KEF, has been supporting the improvement of educational conditions and environment of schools in the DPRK, and the participation of the students in the international camping copain du monde.

It has contributed to construction of three rural schools, and donated IT educational equipment in the past, thus helping improvement of educational conditions and environment of schools.

At present, it is supporting the construction of Unbong Senior Middle School, Phyongwon County.
