The construction began in mid-March 2020.

In late March 2020 KEF supplied 15 tons of steel materials to the construction project of the Central Refresher Training Centre, which is under the final stage of construction.

KEF, in cooperation with NKFHI, supplied 20 tons of disinfectant in late March 2020, thus contributing to the work of preventing COVID-19 in a thoroughgoing manner.

In cooperation with NTC, China, KEF provided Onchon Senior Middle School, Yangdok County with educational equipment in end January 2020 for establishment of IT-based system of education.
