The reconstruction of the school is in its final stage supported by KEF in cooperation with several organizations at home and abroad.

The laying of the top-floor walls is underway thanks to the Phyongwon County People's Committee, in keeping with the nationwide effort to improve the educational conditions and environment true to the WPK's policy of giving importance to education.
